Ordering From Us

2.1

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we acknowledge the order. We will send you a acknowledgment confirmation by email. When we acknowledge the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a)

where goods are not available;

(b)

where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c)

if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

(d)

if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

2.4

A £0.00 and a 2% credit card processing fee will be added to all orders paid with by credit card

A £0.00 and a 0.5% debit card processing fee will be added to all orders paid with by debit card

2.6

There is no fee for payment by cheque or interbank transfers

2.7

Orders placed will delivered electronically to your online account in the format of a PDF; where a printed copy has also been requested this will be sent to the address details held on your account

Pricing

3.1

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

3.2

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

3.3

Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 30th June 2010.

3.4

All Non domestic energy certificates are exclusive of VAT.

3.5

Commercial energy certificate prices are quoted based on the information given to Property Information Exchange Ltd by the client/other in relation to the property size and systems. Should Property Information Exchange Ltd be instructed to carry out the order and find that the size/systems differ to those given an additional fee will be charged to the client/other who placed the initial order; this is to cover any additional cost.

3.6

Commercial EPCs fall into three levels of assessment Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. In the event the assessment falls into a Level 4/5 assessment Property Information Exchange Ltd will sub contract this work to a third party. Prices will differ then a level 4/5 commercial EPC is required. The Level of commercial EPC certificate is dependent on the systems present at the property.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

4.1

If you wish to cancel your order you must;

4.1.1

notify us by email that you wish to cancel the order;

 

or

4.1.2

log into the website and use the messaging system to inform us of your wish to cancel the order;

 

In order to receive full refunds 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 must be completed within 1 hours of placing the order. After this time The Company reserves the right to charge you for costs incurred from our suppliers.

4.2

Please note that once you have received the products you shall not be entitled to a refund, as our products will be personalised for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:

(a)

no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;

(b)

no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and

(c)
